Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen and you may need to cancel. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule once using the same deposit. Same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be within one month of the original date.
If you have a history of repeated cancellations, you will be banned from booking future appointments.
